Job Summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a skilled Inpatient Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medications to patients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, compounding, and distribution
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory of medications
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless medication management
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility for registration
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician desired
  • Completion of a Board of Pharmacy-approved certifying body pharmacy technician certification examination desired
