"Responsibilities:

"1. Investigate and analyze vehicle issues and conditions in the field, providing expert technical support to Kia customers, dealerships, and KUS staff.

"

"2. Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise in automotive systems, including mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic procedures.

"

"3. Collaborate with Kia dealerships and KUS staff to resolve technical concerns and provide high-quality diagnostic and repair services.

"

"4. Provide training and technical assistance to Kia dealership personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform complex repairs and diagnostics.

"

"5. Maintain accurate records and reports of vehicle issues and repairs, providing valuable insights and data to Kia management.

"

"Requirements:

"

"* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

"* Minimum of four years of experience in the automotive industry

"* ASE (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L1, L3, L4) Certification

"* Kia FTS Certification

"* Strong written and verbal communication skills

"* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

"* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

"* Ability to travel domestically and internationally

"* Must live in or be able to relocate to the St. Louis, MO area
