Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at Carle Foundation Hospital. As a key member of our outpatient behavioral health department, you will provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services to individuals and groups in need of behavioral health support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients
  • Provide behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, and groups
  • Coordinate with emergency response services and other crisis teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with TrilliumPlace policies and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a liaison between the community and patient needs, coordinating treatment goals with community agencies and primary care physicians
Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
  • 1,000 hours of practicum and/or internship experience or one year of documented clinical experience under the supervision of a QMHP
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to a range of client situations
  • Interpersonal skills, professional attitude, and understanding of ethical standards in behavioral healthcare
