Job Title: Business Analyst (with P&C Insurance domain experience)

Work Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the commercial insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products processes and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with system analysis including requirements gathering documentation and validation
  • Proficiency in using visualization tools such as Visio to create process flows and diagrams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Certification in business analysis e.g. CBAP PMI PBA is a plus
  • Capability to perform functional testing and execute automated test cases

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Azure Dashboard

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
