Job Summary:

A Feed Production Specialist is needed to join our team at Aventure Staffing. This individual will be responsible for operating batch mixing equipment to mix feed ingredients according to specified feed formulations. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate batching schedules and production to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Manufacture products according to formulations provided by the Corporate Office

• Maintain equipment and keep records up-to-date

• Receive and unload ingredients from barges, railcars, and/or trucks

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Reading, writing, and mathematical skills at a high school level

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate with a variety of individuals in an appropriate manner

• Ability to work in a team environment
