**The Role:**

We are looking for an experienced Emergency Response Technician to join our team at Regency DRT. As a key member of our restoration division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration. You should be able to effectively communicate with customers, supervisors, and technicians, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement drying strategies for water damage projects
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all projects
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and technicians
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Mathematical skills: ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
  • Certification in performing appropriate services: water mitigation, mold, etc.
  • Valid driver's license required

The estimated salary for this position is $22.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
