As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of textiles, electronics, and documents, while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Laundry Operations: Transport and sort laundry gurneys, operate commercial washing machines and dryers, and evaluate items for cleaning and drying.
- Restoration and Cleaning: Participate in hand cleaning and pressing of delicate items, and fold and organize clean dry items.
- Department Management: Control the flow of work, manage time between washing cycles, hand cleaning, and drying times, and maintain accurate records of loads and supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in other departments as needed, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Experience in a laundry or restoration environment is preferred, but on-site training is provided.
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and quality to customers.
$28.00 per hour
