Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of documentation such as requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions, PowerPoint presentations, user manuals, process diagrams, wireframes, and newsletters.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing, guiding, and reviewing all activities related to the delivery of technology solutions.
  • Configure SharePoint functionalities in both production and non-production settings.
  • Collaborate with Tax Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), technical teams, and project managers throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in design thinking workshops to gather insights into end-user requirements; help manage the product backlog, assist the Product Owner in prioritizing needs, and define and oversee project scope and sprints.
  • Provide operational assistance to tax professionals.
Required Qualifications:
  • B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Accounting/Finance.
  • Willingness to travel to designated client sites, with access to reliable transportation.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Capability to work effectively within a team.
  • Aptitude for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with analytics, data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications.

Compensation Range: $66,880 - $79,800.

Individuals selected for this position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
