We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify the needs of individuals served
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, including data collection and analysis
- Provide training and support to direct care staff on behavior intervention techniques
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Complete monthly and quarterly progress notes and attend meetings to discuss individual progress
- Conduct training and in-service training as needed to ensure staff competence
- Provide follow-up interviews and home visits to support individual needs
- Act as liaison with the public and mental health community to support individual development goals
- Assist in developing procedures for training materials to enhance programs for individuals
- Must have experience with behavioral intervention and/or a strong educational emphasis on the principles of learning and developmental psychology
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Two years' experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Continuing education training in behavior supports

Our team of behavior analysts, therapists, social workers, counselors, and psychologists work together to deliver high-quality behavioral services that support individuals in living positive, active, and social lives.
Salary RangeUSD $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
