Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Firefighter Paramedic/Firefighter Recruit to join our team at the City of Sachse, TX. As a Firefighter Paramedic, you will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, providing medical care, and conducting fire suppression activities. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide medical care to patients
  • Conduct fire suppression activities and maintain equipment
  • Participate in training exercises and drills to stay up-to-date on skills and procedures
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Texas driver's license required
  • Current certification as a Firefighter in accordance with Texas Commission on Fire Protection required
  • Current certification as a Paramedic by the Texas Department of State Health Services required
