Job Title: Early Childhood Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Developmental Therapist to join our team of experts in helping children with autism thrive.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to provide personalized one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting. As an Early Childhood Developmental Therapist, you will work closely with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, to develop and implement individualized intervention plans that empower children to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, utilizing naturalistic therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.
  • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are crucial, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
