Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their life and health insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Policy Customization: Present policy options and assist clients in selecting the best insurance plans tailored to their needs, budget, and long-term goals.
  • Application Processing: Help clients complete insurance applications and follow up to ensure timely submission and approval.
  • Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients by answering questions and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Insurance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of life and health insurance products and services.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively present policy options and close deals.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
