Front End Supervisor
Key Responsibilities

As a Front End Supervisor at Restaurant Depot, you will be responsible for supervising cashiers, front-end loaders, checkers, and U-boat retrieval teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.


Essential Functions

- Supervise, train, and evaluate cashiers, front-end loaders, checkers, and U-boat retrieval teams.

- Ensure compliance with established sales and security policies and procedures.

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist customers with product location and detailed information when needed.

- Plan and prepare work schedules to include lunch and vacation.

- Perform cashier "check-outs" and operate register, when needed.

- Perform Supervisor functions of voids and returns, price adjustments, IOUs (F-6) vs. invoicing, and cancels transactions.

- Assist checkers in comparing customer receipts to items on the cart to avoid losses.

- Efficiently use industry-specific software to resolve customer inquiries, price checks, inventory queries, and price discrepancies.


Requirements

Must pass drug screen, can lift 50 lbs, and be at least 18+ years old. High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years experience in customer service or related field, or any appropriate combination of education and experience.
