Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for sales customers, handling inquiries via email, chat, text, and phone while assisting the sales department in making appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming internet/phone inquiries and pursue additional customer leads.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
- Communicate clearly with customers through various channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally using provided templates.
- Set quality appointments and follow up with no-shows.
- Listen to customer needs and provide suggestions and guidance on vehicle offerings.
- Provide superior customer service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly targets and goals.
- Contribute to the overall success of the motor group by working collaboratively with all teams and departments.
- Be ready to make 60-100 calls per day.
- Be at work on time or early.
Physical Requirements: Employee must be able to sit for long periods, use their hands to handle objects, repeat the same movements, and occasionally lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
