Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist - Garage Ambassador Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues related to parking operations. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the garage, as well as perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Act as traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces
  • Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure garage does not over fill available spaces
  • Perform daily patrols and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies
  • Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed; provide assistance to guests who have forgotten where they parked
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Garage Manager or Operations

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred

Estimated Salary:$20.00 per hour
