About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Neighborhood Development Assistant to join our team at CCMC. In this role, you will support the Community Manager in executing daily business operations and maintaining community standards, while also providing exceptional service to our community residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Community Manager in daily business operations and upholding community standards
  • Conduct monthly inspections to track, document, and notify homeowners of compliance issues
  • Provide information, assistance, and education to new and existing homeowners regarding association living benefits and Deed Restrictions
  • Oversight of projects as directed by the Community Manager, acting as liaison to service contractors and vendors
  • Be the onsite point of contact for assessment collections and monitor payment arrangements
  • Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives on assessment collections
  • Work directly with the Design Review Committee in the design review process
  • Oversight of site staff and grounds services teams
  • Daily interaction with community residents and committee volunteers
  • Board and Committee meeting attendance

Requirements:

  • Effective leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
  • 2 or more years in an office environment, preferably in community management or similar experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with excellent telephone etiquette
  • A multi-tasker who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
  • Proficient computer skills in Windows environment
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, with standard mileage reimbursement provided
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule with occasional evening and weekend work
  • All prospective employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and background check
  • CAM license preferred (required in Florida, Georgia, and Nevada within 90 days of hire)

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
