Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to meet high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest issues and resolve them in a fair and efficient manner, with a focus on improving the guest experience.
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work independently and follow instructions, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, such as cleaning and lifting.
  • Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
