Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute merchandising tasks, including but not limited to: implementing planograms, conducting resets, setting up displays, performing product cut-ins, conducting audits, stocking shelves, light cleaning on completed sets, retagging, and rotating products for various brands.
  • Ensure that store aesthetics and merchandise displays align with established planograms.
  • Accurately log daily hours worked through an online portal accessible via smartphone, computer, or tablet.
  • Maintain retailer-specific online certifications as required.
  • Document completed assignments with photographs and report them to your District Manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail store associates and management during regular business hours.
  • Be adaptable to changing work schedules, including occasional evening or weekend shifts, with some smaller projects allowing for flexible scheduling.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to various locations within the designated area.
  • Effective communication skills with customers, team members, and Apollo management (strong communication leads to more opportunities).
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to read diagrams or instructions, process information, and utilize hand tools as necessary.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Benefits:
  • Paid training provided.
  • Reimbursement for mileage, travel expenses, and hotel accommodations with per diem for applicable travel.
  • Assignments may vary from 0-40 hours per week based on workload, travel willingness, and acceptance of additional projects.
  • Weekly pay schedule.
  • W2 Employment status.
Compensation:
  • Hourly wage ranging from $17 to $18 based on experience.
