We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Genesis Global Group. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen, monitoring food and labor costs, and assisting the Executive Chef in creating and implementing menu and production changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cuisine, hospitality, and service, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical insurance, paid time off for vacation and sick time, eligibility to participate in the company's 401(k) program with employer matching, and discounts on hotels and restaurants.
