Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Steward to join our team at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dish washing machines and linen washers
  • Transport dishware and linens across the hotel
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Adhere to quality standards and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
