About the Position:

The Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership (CVNL) is seeking a skilled Case Manager II to join our team. This role involves providing support and guidance to individuals referred by the court system, while fostering a supportive environment that encourages rehabilitation and personal growth.

About the Team:

  • Our team works collaboratively to connect clients with meaningful community service opportunities.
  • As a Case Manager II, you will be responsible for conducting client intakes, assessments, and developing personalized service plans.
  • You will also engage with community organizations, probation personnel, and clients to ensure effective volunteer placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client intakes and assessments in English and Spanish.
  • Develop personalized service plans that align with court requirements and client goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, providing ongoing support and intervention as needed.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate case documentation and records.

Requirements:

  • An Associate's degree in social work, criminal justice, or a related field is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in case management or social services is necessary.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and case management databases is essential.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are required.

Compensation: $51,600 - $56,800 per year, based on prior experience.
