At Educational Empowerment Group, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Assistant to join our team. As a paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting students, teachers, and the overall educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:- School Support: Collaborate with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional efforts and ensure a smooth learning experience for students.
- Lesson Preparation: Assist in preparing lesson materials, exhibits, equipment, and demonstrations that engage and educate students.
- Teaching and Tutoring: Present subject matter to students under the guidance of teachers, utilizing lectures, discussions, or supervised role-playing methods.
- Student Supervision: Safely supervise students in classrooms, playgrounds, cafeterias, and on field trips, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
Benefits and Requirements:
Requirements:- A High School Diploma with two years of college or an Associate's Degree.
- Experience in K-12 education is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with students, parents, and administrators.
- A satisfactory completion of local, state, and federal criminal history checks, as well as a TB test, is necessary.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and location-specific factors.
