Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Program Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the contract.
  • Contribute to the successful cost, schedule, and contract performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Contract Officer Representative (COR), Government Program Manager, technical team, and Government stakeholders.
  • Manage program efforts in several areas, including cost management, schedule estimation and tracking, security clearance processing, program management documentation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure the proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience in technical management, managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
  • Must possess TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in procurement support, including support to the development of customer needs statements, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and coordination of procurement and delivery schedules.
  • Experience managing large, complex teams.
  • Ability to work inclusively with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
  • Experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work, and establish positive customer relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
