Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate project activities, including job planning, scheduling, and updates
  • Identify and vet new subcontractors to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Assist the Project Manager with change orders, job visits, and progress updates to clients
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely communication
  • Update client CRM (JobNimbus) with project information and progress
  • Order materials and manage subcontractor work-scopes
  • Perform final performance testing and quality assurance

Requirements
