Key Responsibilities- Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all replacement requests from the field for restaurants or other hospitality organizations.
- Replacement Coordination: Organize and facilitate all aspects of planned and emergency replacement of water heaters, including coordinating with customers and the field service group.
- Communication: Communicate with customers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless replacement processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of replacement activities, including replacement checklists and warranty issuance.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water heater replacements.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related work experience or training.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, fundamental knowledge of Excel and Word, and ability to follow through on work assignments promptly.
- Soft Skills: Independent, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
