As the Manager of Regulatory Affairs, you will oversee multiple committees and initiatives that bolster Spelman College's advocacy efforts on behalf of its stakeholders regarding the effective management of issues associated with plastics in various applications. You will also play a key role in shaping the long-term strategy and execution of regulatory programs and projects. This role reports to the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs, who is dedicated to your professional growth in this capacity.

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in polymer science, packaging engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, toxicology, political science, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulatory policy role or a similar position within a governmental body, plastics sector, or trade association
  • Experience with or a willingness to engage with committees or coalitions
