We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Cleveland Clinic. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including communicating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assess and document patient's condition, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Develop and implement patient education plans, ensuring that patients and their families understand their treatment options and care plans.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Minimum one year current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting required for acute care settings.
  • Minimum one year current acute care RN experience and/or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required for SNF care settings.
  • Minimum one year current acute care RN experience and/or rehab experience required for rehab care settings.
  • Minimum one year current acute care RN experience and/or Emergency Department (ED) experience required for ED settings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • ONS Chemo/Bio course completion within two years of hire if employed on units where chemo is administered.
