Baker Trainee

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality bread and baked goods that meet our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of bread and baked goods, including mixing, kneading, and baking.
• Operate bakery equipment, such as ovens and mixers, to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bakery or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30lbs.
