Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and baking of bread and pastries
• Develop skills in mixing, kneading, and proofing dough
• Learn about different types of flour, yeast, and other ingredients
• Understand the importance of temperature control and sanitation in a bakery environment
• Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements

• Strong desire to learn the craft of baking
• Ability to work in a physical environment with up to 10 hour shifts
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Availability to work weekends and varying shifts
