Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at US Engine Valve. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and specifying advanced electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems, as well as improving manufacturing support and maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and specify advanced electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce scrap and increase uptime.
  • Drive capital projects from strategic planning to implementation and handoff to operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices.
  • Provide technical support to production equipment and processes, including advising maintenance personnel.
  • Establish and maintain programs for cost savings and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machine function, processes, control systems, CNC, PLC, and electrical/electronic systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
