About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist to contribute to the development of plasma etch models in the EUV source environment or benchtop analogues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead anchoring studies and testing efforts on the EUV proto source and benchtop analogues to develop proof of concept and advance technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve plasma etch models.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in plasma etch modeling and EUV source technology.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and plasma etch technology.
