Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Lancaster, TX. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with a range of elementary, middle, and high school students, providing speech and/or language therapy to students identified with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and/or language therapy to students identified with communication disorders.
  • Maintain accurate service records of students on caseload.
  • Evaluate students with suspected communication disorders; make recommendations for speech and language services as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive written reports of observations, assessment results, and recommendations within the standards established by state guidelines.
  • Develop speech and language goals in Individualized Education Programs.
  • Develop integrated goals with other education staff for students with multiple or other disabilities.
  • Consult with school staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development, or other areas of curriculum related to speech and language.
  • Participate in the Medicaid billing process for school-based services as directed.

Requirements:

  • Texas SLP license.
