Flexographic Graphics Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Graphics Supervisor to lead our graphics department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee personnel and processes for all new or modified projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products within designated timelines.

• Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary contact between clients, art studios, and engravers, maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Artwork Review: Evaluate artwork throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordination: Collaborate with sales teams to discuss project specifications and quality standards.
• Layout Development: Create and manage new layouts, providing necessary requirements to engravers.
• Customer Artwork Management: Maintain comprehensive records of customer artwork, including color keys and proofs.
• Process Tracking: Implement a system to monitor artwork from inception to completion.
• Team Leadership: Train staff on new procedures and facilitate regular design review meetings.
• Food Safety: Uphold essential food safety practices as part of the Division Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Technical Skills: Expertise in Flexo Print Curve Management and Color Management programs.
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to foster team growth and manage projects effectively.
• Quality Management: Experience in ensuring high-quality standards in printing processes.
