Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assemble patient trays in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Deliver, collect, and clean trays according to standards.
  • Clean and sanitize all service ware equipment and service, storage, and work areas.
  • Maintain all storage areas, remove and compact trash, mop floors, and clean all equipment, walls, etc.
  • Assist in training new personnel and communicate with management to maintain high sanitation and safety standards.
Requirements
  • 6 months to a year of hospital experience.
  • Experience clearing and cleaning kitchen equipment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic.
  • Sanitation Service Certificate.
