The estimated salary for this role is $175,000 per year, plus a 20% bonus, totaling $210,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior TEMPEST Security Specialist to setup a new TEMPEST lab from scratch in Tempe, AZ. You will design, test, and certify high-assurance encryption products while collaborating with Hardware/Mechanical Engineers. Your responsibilities will include creating TEMPEST test plans, procedures, and reports, as well as testing signal and noise using O-Scopes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have experience with TEMPEST, RF, EMI/EMC, and hardware design. A Bachelor's Degree or higher is required, and US Citizenship and Secret Clearance are necessary within the last 2 years. Additionally, you must be willing to work onsite in Tempe, AZ at least 30% of the time.
