Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,600 - $59,200, based on the location and industry standards.

Job Description: As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will assist nurses and healthcare professionals in providing patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and acute care facilities. Your responsibilities will include taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), documenting patient information, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients. You will also be required to perform tasks such as assisting with medical procedures and treatments, providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, and utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient information accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team. You should also have the ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care, familiarity with different healthcare settings, experience working with diverse patient populations, and knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and its proper use. Additionally, you should be proficient in using EMR systems and have a strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
