Position Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and skilled Tax Manager to become a vital part of our CPA team:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
  • CPA certification (or equivalent) is mandatory
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting with a specialization in tax planning and compliance
  • Proven experience in managing and leading team members
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and evaluate tax planning and compliance services for diverse clientele
  • Perform tax research and deliver technical guidance to clients and team members
  • Support tax audits and address various tax-related matters
  • Engage with clients to collect essential information for tax return preparation and discuss tax-related concerns
  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
  • Mentor and develop team members in tax planning and compliance practices
