Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff as needed.
  • Communicate patient information effectively with colleagues and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NH.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting.
  • CPR certification.
