- Operational Efficiency: Analyze and optimize ER workflows, streamlining processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with hospital departments, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Licensed RN with at least 2 years in an emergency/critical care setting and 1 year in a leadership role as an RN.
- Licensure/Certifications: Valid and current Arizona RN License or compact state license with the ability to become licensed in Arizona within 30 days, BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), PALS (American Heart Association), and TNCC (Preferred or Obtain within 6 months of starting).
