Role Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Administrator to deliver essential endpoint and user support services. The ideal candidate will thrive in both independent and collaborative environments, working alongside talented individuals across our organization to ensure that IT resources are reliable, efficient, and aligned with our rapid growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite and remote Tier 2 helpdesk and IT administration support within a 24/7 manufacturing setting for both IT and operational technology systems across various locations.
  • Employ remote monitoring and management tools to effectively troubleshoot, maintain, and secure endpoints.
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize a Microsoft technology stack, including O365, Azure AD, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and BitLocker.
  • Provide technical assistance for a diverse range of office and plant systems, including security cameras, door access systems, printers, video conferencing tools, and HMIs.
  • Communicate and coordinate IT activities and issue resolution with key stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs.
  • Implement and uphold procedures, work instructions, and security standards for all company-issued hardware and software.
  • Facilitate access and licensing for third-party applications such as Adobe Creative Suite and Lucid Charts.
  • Ensure compliance with established IT processes and accurately track and report key performance indicators.
  • Assist with various IT-related tasks, including equipment receiving and asset management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Help Desk Operations, desktop technology management, and end-user support.
  • Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Experience managing Microsoft's technology stack for endpoints.
  • Hands-on experience with the installation of IT hardware and software for Windows systems.
  • Familiarity with hybrid and/or public cloud computing platforms and SaaS applications (e.g., Azure, Box, Office 365, Jira Cloud, Dynamics 365).
  • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience with Cisco ISE and Umbrella administration.
  • Experience in a 24/7 consumer packaged goods and/or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office hours with shared on-call responsibilities for off-hours support.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Exposure to potential hazards such as machinery and confined spaces.

Food Safety Compliance:

  • Notify supervisors of any necessary repairs or adjustments that may impact product quality or safety.
  • Understand and comply with the color-coded container policy in production areas.
  • Perform all duties to meet company, customer, and government standards as prioritized by the organization.
  • Take initiative to prevent occurrences of nonconformities related to food safety and product quality.
  • Identify and document any issues concerning food safety and quality.
  • Control the processing or delivery of nonconforming products until deficiencies are resolved.
  • In the event of absence, ensure responsibilities are covered by another qualified employee.
