Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Automation Test Engineer to join our team. As a Software Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for verifying complex software applications by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the QA Lead/Architect in developing and maintaining QA Automation frameworks.
  • Create and maintain automated smoke, regression, and post-prod testing suites.
  • Create automated tests to cover every applicable layer- UI(cross-browser/device), API (BFF, System, Process), Database, VSAM & Mainframe.
  • Provision/create test data required to perform testing.
  • Perform risk-based testing for hot-fixes.
  • Set up Jenkins automated scheduled jobs and integrations to record test results.
  • Maintains a healthy QA automation repositories by using branches, resolving conflicts, and creating pull requests.
  • Log defects clearly and support with relevant evidence to aid a quick triage and resolution of defects.
  • Maintains the Test environment with timely code promotes using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other team members to help refine scope and define acceptance criteria.
