Perdue Farms is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations in Lewiston, NC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our production staff, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance production staff skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in a production leadership role.
