About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Caretenders of Lexington, a part of LHC Group. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other healthcare team members.
  • Completes daily progress notes and submits them to the agency.
  • Observes and reports patient nursing needs, instructs patients' families on care, and maintains a healthy environment for patients.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in Kentucky
  • CPR Certification required
