Additional Duties
  • Service Calls: Respond to and resolve technical issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Service Call Tracking: Log and track technical issues and requests in a centralized system.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and resolve technical issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Hardware/Software Configuration: Configure and deploy computer hardware and software.
  • Cabling: Install and maintain computer cabling and infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Active Security Clearance: Possess an active Secret security clearance.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk and troubleshooting capacity.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ and CompTIA SEC+ certifications within 60 days and 6 months, respectively.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a good work ethic.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
