About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Charge to join our team at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the assigned nursing unit and supervising Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in direct patient care by administering medication, providing primary skin care, and assisting in modifying treatment regimens.
  • Re-adjust and reorganize staff based on facility needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Washington.
  • 3 years of RN experience, preferably in sub-acute care, or previous charge nurse experience, or 2 years relevant leadership experience.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire.
