Position Overview:
This is a Title 32 Excepted Service role within the National Guard. The position is for a SUPERVISORY AIRCRAFT LOADMASTER (INSTRUCTOR), responsible for overseeing the loadmaster section's operations and training.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Aircraft Loadmaster Instructor, you will:
1. Plan, organize, and direct loadmaster activities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while meeting the organizational mission.
2. Develop and deliver training programs for loadmaster instructors and flight examiners, as well as conduct upgrade and proficiency training for loadmaster aircrew.
3. Participate as an aircrew member, fulfilling duties as a flight instructor when required.

Aircrew Standardization and Evaluation Program:
Manage the Loadmaster Standardization Evaluation Program, ensuring adherence to AFI and other applicable guidelines. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining Flight Evaluation Folders
- Conducting unannounced evaluations
- Participating in Standardization Evaluation Review Boards
- Performing annual evaluations, including ground assessments

Operational Management:
Oversee trained Loadmasters to support various operations, including:
- Ice Cap Operations: Execute unique procedures for cargo airlift in extreme conditions encountered in polar regions.
- Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System (MAFFS): Provide instruction on fire behavior and in-flight duties to both U.S. and international personnel.
- Special Operations: Enhance the capabilities of Special Operations Forces and Psychological Operations.
- Personnel Recovery Operations: Instruct on all aspects of search and rescue operations, including scanning techniques and safety checks for rescue equipment.

Qualifications:
MILITARY GRADES: Enlisted (SMSgt/E8 or CMSgt/E9)

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated experience in preparing aircraft loading plans, managing cargo operations, and ensuring the security of cargo during flight.

Education:
Applicants must provide transcripts to validate educational claims. Documentation is required to confirm that educational requirements are met for this position.
