About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Opus Communities LLC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the clubhouse, fitness center, hallways, common-area restrooms, and all guest rooms.
  • Direct and supervise the Housekeepers, Houseman, and Laundry staff to ensure proper standards are upheld.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to maintain a market-ready appeal.
  • Assist in making apartments ready to show.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when supplies need to be ordered.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year or more of experience with corporate housekeeping.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to perform the functions of the job.
