About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tube Machine Operator to join our 3rd shift tubing team at L&M Radiator, Inc., a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of custom-made cooling and heat transfer solutions for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction, and heavy industrial industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program, operate, and maintain tube machines to produce high-quality tubes.
  • Assemble and inspect tubes to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform light maintenance on machines and assist in training others on tube machine operations.
  • Follow all work instructions and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in other areas of production as needed and qualified.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of related work experience.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Basic math skills required, use of calipers, tape measure, and micrometers essential.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment math test, physical, drug test, and background test.
  • Computer skills for looking up specs, job orders, and clocking in.
  • Understanding of mechanical components and ability to communicate effectively in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Epicor, ADP software, or similar ERP system.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
