Job Summary
Adelante Development Center is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager in all contract work assigned, including maintaining quality standards, meeting deadlines, and supervision of all assigned staff and associated administrative paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and evaluate staff to ensure quality and time-line standards are met
- Perform administrative and clerical duties necessary for contract operations, including inventory control, quality assurance, and production data
- Prepare reports, summaries, billing information, and file records on a regular basis
- Conduct hands-on functions to ensure compliance with contract requirements and specifications
- Responsible for day-to-day operations, including inventory control, quality assurance, and production data
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years experience in a production environment, inventory control, and quality control systems required
- Two (2) years supervisory experience in a comparable field required
- Must pass background/fingerprint screening and pre-employment drug screening
- Must have an insurable driving record and a valid NM driver's license
- Must possess effective verbal communication and writing skills
Working Conditions
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 3:30pm to 12:00am
- Some overtime may be required
Compensation
- $19.00 per hour ($39,520 annually) + evening shift differential
