Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Gold's Gym - VA/MD/SC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our gym facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure all equipment and facilities are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis.
  • Housekeeping: Sweep, dust, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, office space, and other assigned areas of the gym.
  • Bathroom Maintenance: Clean, mop, scrub, polish, and disinfect all bathroom areas as needed.
  • Supply Management: Maintain a sufficient supply of materials (e.g. towels, tissue, soap, etc.) in all bathrooms in assigned areas.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash and garbage containers in all assigned areas, as well as the gym overall.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.
  • Safety Observance: Observe equipment for potential safety hazards.
  • Certification: Current CPR Certification is required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
